The following are some of the healthcare sector stocks that moved up in after-hours trading on Monday.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CYCC) has determined not to pursue, at this time, any public offering. The company had filed the Form S-1, which is the basic SEC registration form for registering the offer and sale of securities under the Securities Act, on Mar.22, 2024. New clinical, pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) data from the company's phase I study of drug candidate Fadraciclib as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphoma are slated to be presented on June 1, 2024, at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
