Fuller,Smith&Turner (FSTA.L) reported first half profit before tax of 29.0 million pounds compared to 14.9 million pounds, last year. For 40p 'A' and 'C' ordinary share, earnings per share was 36.98 pence compared to 17.63 pence. Adjusted profit before tax increased to 17.6 million pounds from 14.5 million pounds. For 40p 'A' and 'C' ordinary share, adjusted earnings per share was 21.54 pence compared to 17.14 pence. Revenue and other income increased to 194.1 million pounds from 188.8 million pounds.
The Group stated that like for like sales for first 32 weeks of the year was up 5.4%.
