Inotiv (NOTV) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 6 million common shares at a price to the public of $4.25 per share. Also, the company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 common shares at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. All the shares are being offered by Inotiv. The offering is expected to close on December 19, 2024.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.
