Tutor Perini (TPC) announced that Gary Smalley has become the Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board. Smalley, formerly President, succeeds Ronald Tutor who has transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman of Board of Directors. Smalley served as President of Tutor Perini since November 2023, when the company announced its succession plan under which he would succeed Tutor as CEO, effective January 1, 2025.
Smalley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tutor Perini since September 2015.
