Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (LXRX), a biopharmaceutical company, Thursday announced the appointment of Scott Coiante as chief financial officer and senior vice president, with effect from January 2.
Coiante has 35 years of experience in the science and pharmaceutical industries and joins Lexicon from Agile Therapeutics, where he worked as the senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer.
Tuesday, LXRX had closed 2.63% higher at $0.73 on the Nasdaq.
