Shares of NV5 Global, Inc. (NVEE) are gaining 7% in the pre-market after the technology, certification, and consulting solutions provider announced the appointment of Ben Heraud as Chief Executive Officer, responsible for operations.
According to NV5 Global, Heraud has been with the company since 2017 in various roles.
The company said its Executive Chairman Dickerson Wright will continue in the position indefinitely and will be responsible for overseeing strategic organic growth initiatives and mergers and acquisitions activities.
In the pre-market trading, NVEE is 6.03% higher at $19.89 on the Nasdaq.
