W&T Offshore, Inc. (WTI), an oil and gas producer, said on Monday that it intends to offer $350 million of senior second lien notes due 2029 in a private offering.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase WTI's 11.750 percent senior second lien notes due 2026, to repay its term loan, and to pay premiums, fees, and expenses related to the offering and others.
