Bark Expects Narrower Loss In Q3, 1.1% Growth In Preliminary Revenue

Omnichannel dog brand Bark, Inc. (BARK) Monday announced that its preliminary third quarter revenue was ahead of the high-end of its guidance and that grew 1.1 percent year-over-year.

The company expects third quarter loss of $11.5 million, narrower than the prior year. The company said quarterly loss was $1.4 million greater than the same period last year, primarily on a $1.8 million gain from debt extinguishment.

Preliminary revenue is projected to be approximately $126.4 million.

For the fiscal 2025, the company reaffirmed total revenue guidance of $490 million to $500 million, reflecting year-over-year growth of flat to 2.0%.
