Windtree Therapeutics Inc. (WINT) has entered into a License and Supply Agreement to become the sourcing partner for Evofem Biosciences Inc.'s (EVFM.OB) PHEXXI.
PHEXXI is a non-hormonal vaginal gel, approved by the FDA in 2020, indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in females of reproductive potential for use as an on-demand method of contraception. Its annual revenues have grown to more than $19 million with more than 96,000 boxes of 12 pre-filled applicators sold in the full year 2024.
