Tenet Healthcare Corp. (THC), a diversified healthcare services company, has reported strong financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, and has raised its full-year outlook.
Net income available to the company's common shareholders in second quarter 2025 increased to $288 million, or $3.14 per share, from $259 million, or $2.64 per share, in the second quarter 2024. On an adjusted basis, earnings per share for the second quarter of 2025 were $4.02, compared to $2.31 per share in the second quarter of 2024. Its net operating revenue jumped to $5.27 billion in Q2, 2025, from $5.11 billion in the year-earlier quarter.
