Vossloh AG (VOS.DE) revealed a profit for second quarter that Drops, from the same period last year

The company's earnings totaled EUR24.2 million, or EUR1.25 per share. This compares with EUR27.5 million, or EUR1.57 per share, last year.

The company's revenue for the period rose 13.5% to EUR331.5 million from EUR292 million last year.

Looking ahead, the company has reaffirmed its annual outlook.

The Group continues to expect EBIT of €110 million to €120 million with EBIT margin of 8.5% to 9.5%.

Vossloh AG still expects sales revenue of €1.25 billion to €1.325 billion.

The guidance for sales revenues and EBIT do not yet take into account the acquisition of Sateba, announced on July 30, 2024. 

For fiscal 2024, the company had reported EBIT of €105.2 million, with EBIT margin of 8.7%, on sales revenue of €1.21 billion.
