Costamare Bulkers Stock Rises 13% On Strategic Cooperation Deal With Cargill

Costamare Bulkers Holdings Limited (CMDB) gained 13.38 percent to $14.41 on Monday, up $1.70, after announcing it signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Cargill International S.A.

The stock opened at $12.70 and traded between $12.94 and $14.97, compared with a previous close of $12.71 on the New York Stock Exchange.

Trading volume reached 276,811 shares, well above the average of 95,087. The stock now trades within a 52-week range of $8.46 to $16.00.
