Fourth-quarter net sales rose 3.9% year-over-year to $1.64 billion, exceeding the company's 3.5% outlook. Organic sales increased 0.7%, while adjusted gross margin expanded 90 basis points to 45.5%. Earnings per share came in at $0.60, down from last year due to a charge tied to its exited VMS business, while adjusted earnings grew 11.7% to $0.86 per share.
For the full-year 2025, net sales increased 1.6% to $6.2 billion.
