RIT Capital Partners Full-year Profit Rises On Stronger Investment Gains; Dividend Increased

RIT Capital Partners plc (RCP.L) on Tuesday reported higher profit for the full year, mainly driven by stronger gains on investments.

Profit before tax jumped to £459.3 million from £305 million a year ago.

Gains on fair value investments rose to £498.6 million from £345.9 million.

Net profit increased to £459.3 million or 327p per share from £305 million or 210.2p per share last year.

Investment income grew to £37.2 million from £29.1 million in the previous year.

NAV per share as on December 31, 2025 was 2,921p, 11.7% up from 2,614p a year ago.

The company proposed a dividend of 45p per share for 2026, up 4.7% from last year.
