Danish retail sales decreased slightly in February after rebounding in the previous month, preliminary figures from Statistics Denmark showed on Wednesday.
Retail sales dropped 0.3 percent month-on-month in February, reversing a 0.8 percent rise in January.
Sales of cultural and leisure products alone dropped 6.4 percent monthly in February, and those of consumer electronics decreased 2.1 percent. On the other hand, sales at liquid fuel filling stations increased 2.1 percent.
On a yearly basis, retail sales growth moderated to 2.2 percent in February from 3.8 percent in the prior month.
