Derwent London Plc (DLN.L) Wednesday said that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of Horseferry House SW1, to an overseas investor for 131.8 million pounds, excluding before rental top-ups, with completion expected in June this year. The agreed sale price is slightly below the property's book value as of December 2025, the company added.

The British property investment company said that it originally acquired the 164,900 sq ft property in 2005 for 34 million pounds and later carried out a major refurbishment. During this period, the building was pre-let to Burberry as its global headquarters.

Derwent London said that Burberry's lease was restructured in late 2025, extending the term by five years to 2043 with no break options, and introducing two additional five-yearly fixed rental uplifts in 2033 and 2038.

On the LSE, DLN.L ended Tuesday's trading at 1,572.00 pence, up 1.4 percent.
