Brookfield Asset Management Falls 5% After Announcing New Real Estate JV

Shares of Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. (BAM) dropped nearly 5% on Wednesday morning after it announced a new Canadian industrial real estate joint venture with Concert Properties Ltd.

The stock is currently trading at $45.55, down $2.20 or 4.61%, on the NYSE. It opened at $46.65 after closing the previous session at $47.75. The stock has traded between $42.20 and $64.10 over the past 52 weeks.
