Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll P.L.L.C. has filed a lawsuit on behalf of its client and on behalf of other similarly situated purchasers of Fremont General Corp. (FMT) common stock between May 9, 2006 through and including February 27, 2007. The complaint also charged that defendants issued numerous materially false and misleading statements, which caused the company's securities to trade at artificially inflated prices, during the Class Period.
