DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (DCT) said that its third quarter net income attributable to common stockholders was $6.2 million or $0.04 per share, compared to $11.2 million or $0.07 per share in the year ago quarter.
Funds from operations attributable to common stockholders for the quarter totaled $30.8 million or $0.15 per share, compared to $29.90 million or $0.15 per share in the year ago quarter.
Total revenues for the quarter were $62.50 million, compared to $61.17 million in the prior year quarter.
Analysts polled by First Call/Thomson Financial expected the company to report earnings of $0.16 per share on revenues of $62.26 million for the third quarter.
DCT Industrial has narrowed its 2008 guidance range to FFO per diluted share of $0.60 to $0.62 and net income of $0.12 to $0.14 per diluted share.
The Company's initial guidance for 2009 FFO is $0.50 to $0.58 per share and net income of $0.00 to $0.06 per share, which includes gains on sale of undepreciated real estate ranging from $0.00 to $0.04 per share.
Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $0.62 per share for fiscal 2008.
