Monday, Emmis Communications Corp. (EMMS) said it appointed Alexandra Cameron as senior vice president and general manager of the Emmis/New York cluster. Cemron would replace Dan Halyburton, who led the cluster since May of 2006 and has decided to return to Dallas to launch a media technology company.
Cameron was previously director of sales for Emmis' three New York radio stations since August, 2006.
