Thursday, NTN Buzztime Inc. (NTN) reported a first-quarter net loss of $255 thousand or breakeven per share, compared to a loss of $2.6 million or $0.05 per share in the same quarter last year.
Revenues decreased 14% to $6.2 million from $7.2 million in the comparable quarter last year. The decline was primarily due to a planned decline in the average revenue per unit or ARPU as the company moved more aggressively into high-traffic locations in top 30 designated market areas.
