ViaSat Inc. (VSAT) gapped up at the open Friday and climbed until the middle of the morning. The stock gave back some of its gains late in the afternoon and finished higher by $1.34 at $28.34 on above average volume.
ViaSat Inc. has been rising since the beginning of the week. The stock broke out past resistance Friday and set a new high for the year.
