Mobile Telesystems (MBT) rose during the first 45 minutes of trade Monday and took out the highs of the session around the middle of the afternoon. The stock ended the day higher by $2.19 at $51.26.
Mobile Telesystems climbed above the upper end of a one-month trading range Monday and set a new high for the year.
