Electronic Game Card Inc. (EGMI.OB) reported third quarter net income applicable to common stockholders of $1.7 million or $0.03 per share, compared to $2.9 million or $0.04 per share previously reported. Revenues for the third quarter is still reported to be $4.2 million.
The revised third quarter results includes a provision for income taxes of $1.1 million, or 35% of pre-tax income.
