Eagle Rock Energy Partners L.P. (EROC) reported a net loss of $68.7 million for the fourth quarter, compared to net income of $54.8 million in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue for the fourth quarter, including the impact of Eagle Rock's realized and unrealized derivative gains and losses, decreased 70% to $151.4 million from $504.2 million in the prior year quarter.
