The Canadian dollar edged lower against the Japanese yen on Wednesday's early trading, mainly due to across the board rallying of the latter. The loonie-yen pair declined to 87.46 around 3:00 am ET and the next downside target level is likely seen at 87.40 in near-term. The pair was worth 87.73 at Tuesday's close.
