UDR Inc. (UDR) announced the death of Robert Larson, its Chairman of the Board. Robert Larson has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2001.
James Klingbeil, Vice-Chairman, succeeds Larson as the Chairman of the Board.
James Klingbeil is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Klingbeil Multifamily Fund IV, Klingbeil Multifamily Fund VI, and Klingbeil Multifamily Fund VII. James Klingbeil is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Klingbeil Capital Management and The Klingbeil Company.
