Smart Balance Inc. (SMBL) traded to the upside throughout the first half of Tuesday's session and climbed further going into the close. The stock finished higher by 0.80 at $6.41 on strong volume.
Smart Balance rose past the upper end of a one-week trading range Tuesday and set a new high for the year.
