WPP Group Plc (WPPGY, WPP.L) will disburse around $500 million in performance-based bonuses, reflecting strong performance in 2011, Sunday Telegraph reported. The company's 150,000 plus people in 109 countries performed well last year.
The pay out is in line with the private equity model the company established in the early 1990s, the report said.
