Argos Therapeutics, Inc. is offering 5.25 million shares of its common stock in initial public offering. The company expects the initial public offering price to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share.
Argos also said it has applied to have its common stock approved for listing on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "ARGS."
