SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH) Thursday reported a decline in fourth-quarter net income to $17 million or $0.80 per share from $27 million or $1.27 per share last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $1.28 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenue for the quarter fell to $562 million from $580.4 million a year ago. Analysts expected revenues of $548.5 million.
