Following the release of the National Association of Realtors' pending home sales index for January at 10:00 am ET, the US dollar showed mixed performance against its major opponents.
While the greenback held steady against the yen, it edged slightly lower against the rest of majors. As of 10:02 am ET, the dollar was trading at 1.3388 against the euro, 80.38 versus the yen, 0.90 against the Swiss franc and 1.5850 against the pound.
