Corrections Corp. Of America (CXW) has been rising steadily since the open Monday and is now up 1.20 at $24.90. The stock has broken out of a one-month range and has set a 9 1/2 month high.
Corrections Corp. Of America announced this morning that its Board of Directors approved its intention to initiate a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share beginning in June of 2012.
