Deutsche Bank AG (DB) intends to nominate Stuart Lewis as chief risk officer after German financial regulator BaFin controverted William Broeksmit's appointment, German magazine Der Spiegel reported.
At present, Lewis is Deutsche Bank's deputy chief risk officer and head of risk for the corporate and investment bank. He will be proposed to the supervisory board at a meeting scheduled to be held today, reports said.
In addition, Stephan Leithner and Henry Ritchotte are to be elected new board members.
