ANDRITZ AG (ADRZF.PK) said it has acquired Bricmont Inc. from Inductotherm Group. The purchase price is not disclosed.
According to ANDRITZ, with the acquisition of Bricmont, the company is thus further enlarging its product offerings in furnaces and also strengthening its presence in North America, China, and India.
Gary Doyon, chief executive officer of the Inductotherm Group, commented, "The sale of Bricmont to ANDRITZ focuses Inductotherm on our core strengths in our growing operations in China and India."
