Fitch Ratings said that it has affirmed the following credit ratings for Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) and its operating partnership, Duke Realty Limited Partnership.
Fitch Ratings said that it affirmed Duke Realty Corp.'s Issuer Default Rating or IDR at 'BBB-' and Preferred stock at 'BB'.
Fitch Ratings also said that it affirmed Duke Realty Limited Partnership's IDR at 'BBB-', Senior unsecured notes at 'BBB-', Senior unsecured exchangeable notes at 'BBB-' and Unsecured revolving credit facility at 'BBB-'.
The Rating Outlook is Stable.
