Technology-enabled wealth management solutions provider Envestnet, Inc. (ENV) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Prima Capital Holding, Inc.
Denver-based Prima's clientele includes seven of the top 20 banks in the U.S. by total assets, regional broker-dealers, trust companies and accounting firms.
Envestnet noted that its wealth management solutions will be enhanced with Prima's investment manager due diligence, research applications, asset allocation modeling and multi-manager portfolio to its existing customer base and to prospective customers.
Gibson "Gib" Watson, III, the founder, president and ceo of Prima will continue to head Prima's operations as Group President of Envestnet/Prima.
