Sustainable energy firm Ciralight Global, Inc. (CGHA.OB) on Monday said Jarett Fenton has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Fenton will represent Ciralight to the investment community and will be responsible for positioning the company to access capital markets. He will also manage the financial and reporting functions at the company as well as investor relations.
Fenton comes to Ciralight on contract from Orchid Capital, where he serves as a director. He is a financial executive with over 15 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience. Prior to Orchid, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Enova Systems, a manufacturer of clean vehicle drive systems for heavy vehicle applications.
