TomTom NV (TMOAF.PK) posted first-quarter net loss of 2 milion euros or 0.01 euros per share compared to net earnings of 11 million euros or 0.05 euros per share last year. On an adjusted basis, earnings per share declined to 0.04 euros from 0.10 euros in the prior year.
EBITDA for the three-month period fell year-over-year to 28 million euros from 44 million euros.
Quarterly revenues decreased to 233 million euros from 265 million euros in the comparable quarter a year ago.
Looking forward to 2012, the company still expects revenue to be around 1.1 billion euros and adjusted earnings per share to be around 0.35 euros.
