Leap Wireless International Inc. (LEAP) reported a first-quarter net loss attributable to stockholders of $98.4 million or $1.28 per share, wider than $96.2 million or $1.26 per share in the prior year quarter.
Total revenues increased 5.9 percent to $825.6 million from $779.9 million in the comparable quarter last year.
On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.99 per share on revenues of $831.42 million for the quarter.
