Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (APOG) said Friday that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share, payable on June 1 to shareholders of record on May 17.
The dividend of $0.09 per share represents an increase of 10% from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.0815 per share.
The company has about 28.1 million shares outstanding.
