Accord Financial Corp. (ACD.TO) Wednesday reported a decline in profit for the first quarter, due mainly to lower revenues.
The Toronto, Ontario-based company reported first-quarter net profit of C$883 thousand or C$0.10 per share, compared to C$1.60 million or C$0.18 per share last year.
Total revenues for the quarter dropped to C$5.68 million from C$6.87 million in the prior-year quarter.
For the quarter, the company declared a regular dividend of C$0.075 per share, payable on June 1 to shareholders on record May 15.
