Aecom Technology Corp. (ACM) announced a 15 percent decline in the second quarter net income to $49 million from $58 million a year ago. Earnings per share were down 12 percent at 43 cents in comparison with 49 cents last year.

Second-quarter revenues increased 4 percent to $2.0 billion from $1.94 billion last year. Street was looking for $2.07 billion revenues.
