Paris Energy Inc. (PI.V) announces that John McLeod has resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. The company said that McLeod will remain on Paris' board of directors.
Robert Lamond, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paris, has been appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer following McLeod's resignation.
