Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (KFS, KFS.TO) reported that its first-quarter net loss attributable to common shareholders narrowed to $11.01 million or $0.24 per share, from $17.81 million or $0.35 per share in the same quarter last year.
Total revenues for the quarter declined to $36.65 million from $54.99 million in the prior year quarter.
The Board of Directors declared no dividend for the first quarter of 2012.
