Colgate-Palmolive Co. (CL) gapped up slightly Tuesday and climbed throughout the first half of the session. The stock was range-bound for the remainder of the day and closed up by 2.03 at $101.04 on strong volume.
Colgate-Palmolive rose past the upper end of a 3-week trading range Tuesday and set a new high for the year.
