Russel Metals Inc. (RUS.TO) Thursday agreed to acquire Alberta Industrial Metals Ltd., a metals distribution and processing service center, for a purchase price of $30 million.
Russel Metals said the acquisition includes the operating assets and the land and buildings, with revenues of about $30 million.
