Amid the release of the Reuters and the University of Michigan's final report on the consumer sentiment index for May at 9:55 am ET Friday, the greenback changed little against its major counterparts.
The greenback is now trading at 79.59 against the yen, 0.9580 against the franc, 1.2545 against the euro and 1.5689 against the pound.
