Fabasoft AG announced Group results for the fiscal year 2011/2012. Sales revenue for the year were EUR 22.9 million, up from EUR 21.1 million in the fiscal year2010/2011. EBITDA was EUR 2.2 million, compared to EUR 1.0 million in the fiscal year 2010/2011.
At the Annual General Meeting of Fabasoft AG to be held on 3 July 2012 a
dividend payment of EUR 0.15 per share will be proposed for the fiscal year
2011/2012 (there was no dividend payment in the fiscal year 2010/2011).
