Singapore's producer prices for the manufacturing industry pulled back in April amid fall in non-oil price index, data from the Department of Singapore showed Tuesday.
The manufactured products price index fell 0.4 percent year-on-year in April following a 2.5 percent increase in the preceding month.
The non-oil index fell 0.8 percent annually led by price falls for chemical and chemical products and manufactured goods. The oil index increased 0.7 percent from a year earlier in April.
On a month-on-month basis, the manufactured products price index declined 1.3 percent in contrast to the 1.6 percent increase in the previous month.
